RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ORDER

At the moment, we do not offer returns on any of our products. We'd be happy to provide exchanges, within 3 days of the delivery date. Please ensure that the product to be exchanged is in its packaging with all original tags intact in order for us to be able to process the exchange.

EXCHANGE PROCESS

If you'd like to exchange your order for a different size, please Watsapp us regarding the same within 3 days of receiving the order. We will let you know if the desired size is available, following which we can arrange a pickup. 

Please note that pickups are done by third party, it may take long time sometimes. In case you want it to be done quickly, you can ship us the item. 

Once the package has been received, we will quality-check the product, and if eligible for an exchange, we will send out the order in the requested size. Please note that you will have to bear the shipping costs for returning the order to us. In case if the size is not available, we will issue a credit note for you which will be valid for 3 months from your initial order date.
